Tata Harrier.ev Arrives with Supercar Punch, Off-Road Grit, and a Lifetime Battery Warranty to Boot! INR 21.49-27.49 lakh

Mumbai: Tata Motors, the undisputed heavyweight of India’s electric vehicle revolution, has officially revealed the introductory prices for the much-anticipated Harrier.ev – a made-in-India electric SUV that’s less “eco” and more “ego” in all the right ways.

Bookings for the Harrier.ev open on 2nd July, with the brand pulling out all the stops to ensure this isn’t just an electric SUV – it’s a statement on four wheels, with a lifetime battery warranty (yes, lifetime*), and more tech than a luxury penthouse in Bandra.

In the words of Vivek Srivatsa, Chief Commercial Officer of Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Ltd., “This is not just an SUV. This is an electrified beast with the soul of a supercar, the brain of a rocket scientist, and the comfort of your grandmother’s sofa.”

And he’s not exaggerating. The Harrier.ev comes with:

  • Dual motors that summon 396 PS and 504 Nm (that’s right, the kind of power that makes ICE SUVs cry in their garages)
  • A 0–100 km/h time of just 6.3 seconds—because saving the planet shouldn’t be boring
  • Quad Wheel Drive, six terrain modes, and even a 540-degree camera (because 360 is so last season)
  • Neo QLED infotainment by Samsung, a JBL Black 10-speaker system, and Dolby Atmos, turning your commute into a concert
  • A 627 km certified range, and the ability to add 250 km of juice in just 15 minutes—just enough time to grab a latte and feel superior to ICE drivers

And just when you think Tata’s done showing off, they drop a mic with the lifetime battery warranty for private buyers. That’s right—own it once, charge it forever (terms apply, of course. This is still Earth).

While prices for the Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD) variants are now live, Tata has teased even beefier Quad Wheel Drive options whose pricing will drop on June 27th. Rumour has it, they’ll be powerful enough to outrun existential dread.

In a world where SUVs keep getting bigger, bolder, and more expensive to fuel, Tata’s Harrier.ev stands tall as India’s homegrown electric juggernaut—proof that the future doesn’t belong to fossil fuels, but to fierce design, fast motors, and fearless innovation.
