Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar:
Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has officially added a new pin on its Maharashtra map—and this time, it’s more than just a showroom. Welcome to the newly inaugurated TKM city office in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (CSN), a strategic move that’s not just about four wheels, but full-throttle regional development.
Nestled beside Prozone Mall in Chikalthana (because even CEOs like a quick shopping break), this 7,000 sq. ft. facility will act as the command centre for Toyota’s ambitious greenfield dreams in the Marathwada region.

This milestone follows the high-octane MoU signed last year between TKM and the Government of Maharashtra—a partnership that’s set to deliver more than horsepower. Think sustainability, skill development, and, yes, a whole lot of job creation.
The ribbon was ceremoniously snipped by Mr. Masakazu Yoshimura, Chairman, MD & CEO of TKM, and Mr. Swapnesh Maru, Deputy MD of Corporate Planning & Green Field Projects. Rumor has it, they didn’t just inaugurate the office—they may have also scouted the best samosas nearby.
“This office allows us to get closer to the heart of Maharashtra—literally and figuratively,” quipped Mr. Swapnesh Maru.
“We’re not just here to build cars; we’re here to build futures—with local jobs, world-class manufacturing, and a deep connect with the community.”
And TKM’s not stopping at office furniture and espresso machines. The company is gearing up to launch major skilling initiatives, upgrade educational infrastructure, and help unlock Marathwada’s industrial potential—one initiative at a time.
Rooted in its philosophy of ‘Grow India – Grow with India’, Toyota’s latest move reflects a commitment to Viksit Bharat @2047, blending innovation with inclusive growth and a dash of Japanese precision.
In other words:
Toyota isn’t just parking here—it’s setting up pit crew headquarters for Maharashtra’s industrial Grand Prix. Buckle up, CSN. The real race has just begun.
